US DOMESTIC SHIPPING
We ship anywhere in the United States for a flat $4. Orders of $45 or more ship free — add a charm or necklace to your tag and shipping is on us. Every order ships with tracking, and you’ll receive your tracking number by email as soon as it’s on the way. We currently ship within the US only.
PROCESSING TIME
Every EverWag tag is handmade to order — your pup’s name is cut and set in resin by hand, then cured — so please allow 10–14 days for us to create your order before it ships. Shipping time is in addition to processing time. The delivery estimate shown at checkout is the carrier’s transit time only; it doesn’t include the time it takes to make your tag, and once a package is in USPS’s hands we’re unable to speed it up. Once your order ships, USPS delivery typically takes 3–5 business days. If you need a tag by a specific date, email Support@everwagtags.com before ordering and we’ll let you know if we can make it work.
PERSONALIZED TAGS
Because each tag is handmade with your pup’s name, personalized tags can’t be returned or exchanged. If your tag arrives damaged or the name doesn’t match what you ordered, we’ll make it right — email Support@everwagtags.com within 30 days with your order number and a photo, and we’ll send a replacement at no cost to you.
CHARMS, NECKLACES & ACCESSORIES
Unpersonalized items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery as long as they’re unworn and in their original packaging. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or we made an error. Once your return arrives, we’ll inspect it and issue your refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days; please allow additional time for your bank to post it.
