How do I order a tag with my dog’s name?

Pick a tag design, then enter your pup’s name in the box on the product page before adding it to your cart. The longer the name, the smaller it will appear on the tag.

Can I put my phone number on the back?

On most of our tags, yes. Each product page has a second box for the phone number you’d like printed on the back; type N/A if you’d rather leave it blank. The Antique Rose and Heart of Mother Pearl tags can’t take a phone number on the back, so those two are name only.

How long until my tag arrives?

Every tag is made to order, so please allow 10–14 days for us to make it, plus 3–5 business days for USPS delivery once it ships. The delivery estimate at checkout only covers the carrier’s transit time, not the time it takes to make your tag. Need it by a certain date? Email Support@everwagtags.com before ordering and we’ll let you know if we can make it work.

How much is shipping?

A flat $4 anywhere in the US, and free on orders of $45 or more. Every order ships with tracking. We currently ship within the US only.

Can I return or exchange a personalized tag?

Because each tag is handmade with your pup’s name, personalized tags can’t be returned or exchanged. If yours arrives damaged or the name doesn’t match your order, email Support@everwagtags.com within 30 days with your order number and a photo and we’ll send a replacement at no cost. Why does my tag look a little different from the photo?

Each tag is handmade from resin, so small variations, tiny bubbles or slight differences from the photos are part of what makes yours one of a kind.

How do I care for my tag?

Resin is durable but not indestructible. Attach the tag to the collar rather than the leash D-ring so the leash clasp doesn’t scratch it, keep it out of extreme heat and cold, and check the split ring now and then. Rings can stretch over time, and we aren’t able to replace lost tags.

Are the tags safe for my pet?

Our tags, charms and accessories are decorative items with small parts. Please don’t leave your pet unattended while wearing them, and keep them out of reach of pets and children when they’re not being worn. If chewed or swallowed, any small accessory can pose a choking hazard, and we can’t be responsible for damage or injury resulting from misuse.

Is a tag enough to get my dog home?

A tag is one layer of protection, not the only one. Please keep your pet’s microchip registration and license current so they can find their way home even if the tag is lost.
